From the time she was a little girl in her blue-collar neighborhood outside of Detroit, selling a well-crafted menu of cleaning services (for up to a quarter per item!), door-to-door, Madeleine’s heart of service coupled with her enterprising and entrepreneurial nature have been forefront in her life.
She fell in love with the world of business the minute she stepped foot into the arena and has always been drawn to the gritty, tenacious, can-do, will-do attitude of founders, the savvy growth-mindset of owners and c-suite peers and the goal-getting, confident, driven attitudes of high-achievers. She knows what it is like to be multi-talented and to have to learn how to find and harness your greatest gifts while understanding, nurturing and magnifying those of the others around you.

Life and Family
While Madeleine is passionate about business and will get fired up talking strategy and vision, there is nothing that warms her heart more than seeing her son grow and thrive.
A single, solo-parent, Madeleine has embraced motherhood as a huge growth catalyst and has built a life that she loves and shares with her son, Noah.
They live in Phoenix, Arizona, surrounded by the mountains where she loves to find her refuge and dozens of family members with whom she spends much of her time.
Nature is where Madeleine finds her quiet and prayer is where she taps into the whispering of her soul.
You’ll often find her out on a hiking trail, taking an out of town trip or sitting quietly in the peacefulness of her favorite chair!
