What is AScend?
Depending on the needs of your business, you may want a slightly more specialized approach, while still having the benefit of learning from others in your field.
We’ve created the Ascend program for those seeking a little more personalized guidance from their coach, allowing participants the ability to speak freely about the situations and issues they are each experiencing. Legacy will pair you with other professionals in your field to provide maximum guidance and support for any challenges that come your way.
What's included?
You will be part of a curated group of up to 5 other leaders and/or entrepreneurs who have embraced the possibility of introspection as the doorway to the next level of their success and fulfillment and are seeking a higher level of service and more personalized support.
- Monthly Knowledge Intensive with the whole Legacy Leadership community led by founders Madeleine MacRae and Thomas MacDonald. During the intensive we will introduce a core pillar and take you deep into the curriculum.
- Monthly 90-min Mastermind / Group Coaching session with your coach to personalize what you have learned and to continue the practical implementation to your life, your team, your business, yourself.
- Quarterly 1:1
- 2 in-person Retreats per year. T&E not included.
