Throughout your next year with Legacy Leadership Institute, you are going to be getting to know yourself in a new way, to look at things in a new way and to accomplish more than you’re done before!  

To help your coach know you better, we have an in-depth snapshot for you to provide to us.  Approach your answers thoughtfully, but there is no need to write huge essays or to get stressed out about this.  If you don’t know the answer to a question in a reasonable amount of time, or you’re unsure, just say so!!!  We are here to help and guide you no matter where you’re starting from. 

As for a time commitment, if you are already on the path of personal development and are super clear on where you are and where you want to go, this will take you 30-45 minutes.  If you are not yet or are just getting started with personal development, this may take you 60-90 minutes.  If you’re finding yourself getting lost in your answers, please don’t struggle.  Just write in the box that you’re struggling with it and move onto the next one.  We don’t want you pouring hours and hours into this when the whole point of our Growth Community is to provide support and guidance.
